    What members here are currently home owners? When did you buy your house? How much has it appreciated (estimate) in the time that you've owned it.

    I own my own home.

    As for how much it has appreciated since I bought it??? I will guess it has increased by about half the purchse price.

    I'll have to keep you guys and gals here posted. I recently purchased a new home that is still being built. It should be complete at the beginning of Febuary 06'
    It's in a real nice gated community of only 67 new homes, but in the back of a very established neighborhood.
    I think I got a really good deal on the home. Paid $121.39 per square foot.

    I now owned 2 condos. one 3 bedroom and 2 washrooms and the second is two bedroom. I just get the second condo last week. I'm letting them rent and its producing a $2,300 per month. Not only its paying itself, but it is also making money for me. :D

    Nice work - I'm thinking of taking some equity out of my home and putting it into some rental properties. I'd like to get a 4 plex, but a duplex/condo will do for now - as long as it pencils in the black!
