    well, i kind of feel for the girl because the cop was blalantly wrong and i bet he knew it, but thought he'd try to screw a 'dumb black kid', as that is how most cops in urban areas look at minorities. i have to disagree with the settlement she received however... 60 thousand dollars? $60,000.00. that is a huge number for something like that... just another case of the poor bottomfeeding bums making a quick buck off the backs of the working man, sad really, and only getting worse...

    Nah I think that she should have gotten more money - he was a racist *** hole. If a cop ever did that to me, $60,000 wouldn't have shut me up, no way.

    I'm not sure, but it wouldn't matter to me, that type of thing is unacceptable.

    It doesn't matter if he thinks she stole money or not, just because he's a cop doesn't mean you get to arrest people for that - that's ludacris.

    $60,000 wouldn't have shut me up. I'd be in court with the video making sure they punished him as much as possible.

    What was he arresting her for? Not having a $20 bill in her register?

    I would want more than 60 g's to or atleast have him loose his job. He didn't even get suspended, he was just using his power, over change for a 20 that wasn't even in the draw. He was so wrong.
