Proud new owner of DubaiRental and FindTimeshares.net... planning to develop like FindRentals, but was thinking there might be another way?

Are these types of sites 'hard' to setup? FindRentals has an actual contact page with 4 'offices', so it may be an actual business. The others? Sometimes I wonder if there is just a template that can be customized, and then where everyone gets their content from.

Alternatively, how would you internet savy types develop these sites? Would you make it an ad site? Or have serious content?

What do you think of the domains?

I also have the opportunity to purchase find.tv, but it's $42.95. Hefty price... but quality name?
