It just occurred to me, while I even have a post saying "I need a Logo" I have yet to ask what people think of the name. You can find the origins of the name on my site.

    Is it well... creative? catchy?

I absolutely love Jason's name for his site "Jetpacked," (it just rolls off the tongue, doesn't it?) do you guys think Creativity Goblin has the same appeal?

It's sounds a little long but it all boils down to marketing and how you brand yourself.

To be honest, I don't really like the name.

I've never been a fan of people that use creative in their name, they are usually community college grads trying to offer services that arent up to par.

Its also a little long, if your looking to grow a decent reader base make it something that people can remember and type in quickly. (look at all the big websites digg, flickr, reddit, twit, ebay, google, yahoo, msn...)

It's funny, the more I hear your comments, the more I agree. It's a fun concept, but not a great company name.

Just call it Gawblin, or Goblynn, or something like that. Get creative with the name instead of using a normal name preceeded with "Creative" :)
