I had tried creating something like BlogCatalog in a new installation of Wordpress, but that got too complicated.

We left it as is, a somewhat messy cloud of words.

I'd like to do something new with it. So I figured it be easier to figure out what you'd like first.

    Any ideas?

Do we keep it, scrap it, integrate it, flip it............?

Any examples of a great way to showcase websites?

Maybe we make it into a gallery, like a css site?

I like the blog catalog idea, maybe morph it into a blog aggregator? Have a 'blog of the day' at the top with full description, then most popular posts on the side, recent posts below, etc.

I think it's worth keeping, although I'd slash the sites that no longer exist ASAP.

I like the idea of a "blog of the day", only maybe "of the week" so we don't over commit.

I'm thinking a simple grid layout, something like CSS Remix, would make it much more interesting to look at and up the amount of clicks sites get.

The issue then becomes using a new installation of Wordpress, so each site is a post, rather than messy code in a WP Page. We had tried this already, but couldn't figure out a way to pull the categories, Weekly Poll, Search, from the main blog installation.

Sharing those elements would be the best case scenario, so the installations seem seamless.

Any of our coders ever done or heard of anything like this?
