General Business: What I'm Starting...and What I've Done

Well it's been awhile since I've really gotten on the board and updated:
Uploadfx.com is pretty much my only internet project at the moment and I see it staying that way for a bit. Gets usually bout a hundred hits on average lately. Was getting close to 300 at one point.
Two TLA's on that site which net me $13.25/mo for me to do nothing. I might start doing to more link swaps to get the hits back up and hopefully up the PR
Now, for what I'm starting...pretty soon going to go into a possible joint venture (or by myself as an LLC) into a commercial cleaning company. The kind that simply does the easy stuff like office buildings and what not. Companies usually charge about $30-50 /hr for the types of buildings i'd be interested in contracting. Employees of cleaning companies are usually making about $8-9/hr.
Take the low end and I'm paying someone $8/hr to make me $22 (cutting out the fairly low cost of other overhead). I've done some prelim research, found some numbers, and even if it isnt a huge success...it's some extra cash. Heck, every building has to be cleaned, just a matter of who's doing it....
Just a random post. Feel free to contribute.

Go for it!
The first thing I'd do is contact as many buildings/offices as you can in your locale, and ask them who currently provides the service.
At our office, we have the same guy from the same company come in and clean everything for a couple hours once ever 2 or 3 weeks. Nice fella'. He's been doing it for over 5 years now I think.
Get some names of potential competitors. Call them pretending to be interested in their services. Mark down their pricing. Then either beat the prices or offer additional services.
