Our agency (Vdot Media) is looking to add a part-time Web Developer or two to our virtual team.
We've got a rapidly growing business and need some folks to help fill the gaps, with the potential to become further integrated into the company in the long term. The preference is to bring someone local to Toronto or Canada for immediate paid work.
Take a look at the type of person we're looking for on our (WordPress-powered) site or take a quick peek at what I've pasted below. Our client list includes Microsoft Canada, B Wyze, AMA Toronto, LIVE Conference, and more.
Please contact me if you or someone you know is interested at careers(at)vdotmedia.com.

Thanks for the kind words Justin!
Btw, a job board would be wicked for YGG as long as its a) integrated, b) given sidebar love for promotion to homepage visitors, and c) free ;).

I would be free for sure. Actually it would be easy to make it all of the above.
We could add it to the header at the top of the page? What do ya think?

I think it could work great. Maybe before going full blown with a new section you could try to:
- Change "Forums" default landing page to the "Categories" section
- Reduce the overall # of categories, combining where you can in sections that have limited posts
- Add a "Job Board" category and highlight it a different colour, and then have a starred topic in there that suggests a standard format for posting jobsBased on success of jobs/general opportunities being posted there, you could then move to a full-blown job board.

P.S. We're still looking!
