General Business: Rock Star Web Designer Wanted

Hello YGG,

A group of YGG management and members are currently launching a new internet start-up later this month and we are in need of a Lead Designer to join our founding team as partner.

This will be a great opportunity if you want to work with a great team of successful entrepreneurs, and just some cool guys! Did i mention, make some money? :)

The workload over the next two weeks will be quite a bit at around 30+ hrs of work. (15ish a week) So you need to be able to commit that amount of time over the next two weeks. After launch the workload will be much less (5+ hrs a week more than likely)

Compensation will be an equity share in the company with quarterly profit share. We can also give the "right candidate" a small draw up front for the two weeks of work.
