    Hi everyone,

    Florida real esate:

Real estate has taken its toll in florida, I have noticed more homes going up forsale each day, but no buyers. Alot of florida residence have themselves in bind. They have went out and bought a new home ranging fromn 300-400K and tried to turn a substantial profit from their old home, however they failed to realize the impact fees of buying a new home and other common fees not to mention they waited to long to sell their original home.

    What to do:

Once they have put themselves in a great amount of debt they will forced to sell their original home for a very minimal price. Once this occurs some snazy investor will come in purchase the home and wait two to three years and triple his investment.

Just thought I would write in an tell you how some floridian's can be so feebleminded.

It's not just people in Florida doing it - people came from all over the country to buy homes there and it's now turning for the worse. It's unfortunate, but I mean, get real people. If it seems too good to be true, it usually is. Not saying that you couldn't have made money, but it wasn't a bullet proof investment like most thought.

So is REIT officially dead, or is the link just not working?

(Sorry to butt in on the thread, but I don't think this warrants a new one.)
