I personally think the site looks great. Unique products too, did you design these yourself or...? Those are some pricey handbags :)
I think the images should be opened up in a popup instead of a blank browser window, I'm sure you've already been told that though.

I like it too, very elegant. It has been made very well into a website catalog. Although I never was fond of so much blackness, but that's just me tho. If I come up with anything else I'll be sure to let you know. I have a feeling I will.

Very cool site. Hot models never hurt.
I'll mention a couple things when it comes to usability.
1) If I click on mailing list, and then go back to main, the main page has to load again. It'd be handy just just load that main page once and remember it in the temporary internet files.
2) People might be more encouraged to take your lifestyle quiz if they have more of an idea of what they'll get in return for doing it. If it were stylized a bit more to match the rest of the site, and maybe have an image and intro text teaser, it might be more intriguing. Same for the results of the quiz. Add in the images of the products, and make that analysis stand out. (the product link from me filling out the quiz doesn't work)
3) I'd make the top-left logo/swf link back to the homepage, even though you have a home link. We're all just soo accustomed to that.
4) The sign in, my account, and shopping bag links are dead for me. Are they coming soon or do I have to have something in my cart? They also change in size, positioning, and colour in every section.
5) The bottom line of the "Back to main" button in the Need for Accessories section gets cut off by the frame of the swf.
Still a great store overall. The product line complimented by the site should be an easy sell with the appropriate marketing.
When it comes to marketing your site via blogs, take a look at the sites in this list, and send each of the blogs a unique email telling them your story and how much you'd appreciate it if they mentioned your site in their blog.

WOW thank you guys, these inputs are alot better then i'd expected.
I will get right on trying to fix these problems and add the new suggested feature on the site.
I designed the site, and hired people to make it. which caused me a bit of problem because i went though 2 private web designer and both of them were not able to fix the minor flaws. Which lead me to anothe question: as of now i have spend $800 on makeing the site $500 to the first desginer and $300 to the 2nd. however the original budget was only $500. Furthermore, there are still alot of things needed to be added or fixed, but i dont think the current designer have the skills or time to do them. which will mean i need to find another designer. But i do not want to go find another in experianced designer that offer cheap price. cause they might screw up again. Do you guys think I should go way out of budget and find a professional designe firm? or will that not be nesscery?
Thank you travis for the blog links, they will help alot.

I love the photography and the idea of your site. Seperating syles is a good idea. So many people are in a hurry to do everythng....even shop! Later when you have a larger selection you could catagorize by accessories.
Stictly as a consumer looking in....I thought it was more about clothes from the main page images. When picking the styles, I don't think I saw any accessories on the middle model. The photos are great, don't get rid of them, but maybe add a few more photos that showcase the products more and mix them in. The model to left on the main page shows the bracelet, but with her fair color and the light bracelet, it doesn't stand out to me like it would've against one of the darker models with dark hair. I had to travel a bit to really see your products.
Looks like great products. I don't know much about forums, but are there any on fashion that you could post in and add your link to your sig? What is the target group that you think will buy your product for your price? Find out the blogs they use, the forums they are in, where they hang out. A genuine comment in a blog/forum with your site link in the sig could help. In your catagory you may need more personal exposure and word of mouth exposure (direct personalized e-mail like suggested above, posting, etc) to get noticed.
I'd also like to see a link to the front page from the logo on each page to travel easier through the site. I felt stuck a few times and relied on my "go back" arrow.
Keep motivated and be patient......excellent start.

I agree with Jan, I thought it was apparel before I actually clicked any links. You might want to clarify that with a slogan or some sort of text/image or something.
