None of us are ignorant here, and I think it’s safe to say that we all realize how stale the YGG blog and forum have been lately. Extended periods of time between posts, not much commentary, little interaction from site owners, and so on.
Firstly, thank you to all of you who have stuck around long enough to be reading this post.
Secondly, as I’m sure most of you already know I’ve taken over as Technical Director over here at YGG. I’m sure even more of you have heard rumors floating around about some new features and maybe even a new design that we’ve got in the works. If you’re anything like the majority of the folks we’ve spoken with, you’re more than excited to hear about them. I know I am!
These factors have contributed to our decision to unveil some details to our readers as to what we’re working on, and why the hell we’re so quiet right now. We can’t give away too much right now, but you can expect to see more posts like this one in the following months with more sneak peeks and surprises.

This was one of the most exciting things I have come across in a long time. It was recently brought to my attention that YGG was featured in an article about entrepreneurship on the New York Times! I have had a lot of calls and emails from the article that was featured on Febuary 20, 2008, what a great feeling and accomplishment.
Here is the part of the article we are in:
For those who want to skip the corporate trenches and go right to being the boss, there is younggogetter.com, run by three small-business owners in their 20s.
One is Aaron Kuroiwa, who operates LeTranslator, an online business and legal language translation service, and gives concrete advice — like his recent posting of three steps to becoming more productive.
Also great job Aaron on the awesome article that they read and liked, you got your name in there! You had a great article and i am glad it was recognized appropriately.
HERE is a link to the article if you are looking to read it.
Have a great day everyone and we here at YGG are very excited about the future!

The last two weeks have been trying weeks for us here at Younggogetter. Transferring the files from one server to another to complete the purchase has been anything but easy. Corrupted files and organizing a few people who all have busy schedules is not an easy task.
Thanks are in Order
Lorren Biffin
He made this all possible, taking care of it days that I was not available and any time I needed him. Thanks for all the hard work Lorren.
Eric Windsor
Without him we wouldn’t have the files! And I am sure he is happy it is all done so we will stop harrassing him now!
And we move on!
Now we can get back to our regular posting and commenting. I am really sorry about the delay and I want to thank everyone for their concern over the past two weeks.
Look forward to new content starting right away!

Joey Pomerenke of PetEcommerce.com is looking for some entrepreneurial sales stars to work with him on his soon to launch new B2B pet industry application. He has made me familiar with his soon to launch business and I think it would be a great opportunity for someone to gain some valuable experience working with a new Internet start-up.
Joey was kind enough to send me a complete proposal for anyone that is interested so you could get familiar with the business and decide if this is right for you.
So I will let Joey explain it in his own words:
Help grow an Internet startup!
Do you want to be apart of a growing pet industry startup that was recently featured in Pet Age and Pet Product News?
PetEcommerce.com, a hot new Internet startup, is seeking a team of independent sales representatives. Ideal candidate will have experience and must be an organized self-starter with time management skills and ability to work independently.

Bluemill Media is in need of help. This could be a good opportunity for people if they are willing to take the plunge. So as Lorren is a good friend and helps me out a lot when I am in need, I decided to return the favor!
As I’m sure most of you know, Bluemill Media is the kind of company that LOVES to work on in-house projects. The freedom is very rewarding, and we’ve come to get used to the flexibility. We spend several hours in a day developing these new innovative products and services, and quite framkly, it’s become our passion. However, in addition to the ammount of time we spend developing in-house, we spend so much more time answering email and working on outside "bill paying" client projects. In fact, at times, it can be very time-consuming and takes our attention away from the projects we pour so much of ourselves into.
We kept thinking, "we have to pay the bills, but we need to get our stuff done t
