General Business: Web Dev/Designer/Programmer Guru Partner Needed

Start up Intenet/Ecommerce Company is looking for a partner.

About our company:

We are the leading provider of outsourced e-commerce solution that enables the pet trade industry to easily build a uniquely branded e-commerce web site. We handle all the business operations, including fulfillment, hosting the e-commerce storefront, providing customer service and accepting product returns. Our warehouse stocks a complete selection of more than 20,000 products from hundreds of vendors for all of the pet retailers needs.

We launched our business last month and have a great response so far with clients and media. We have been featured in the two largest pet trade magazines along with many blogs. The publicity alone over the last month has brought enormous value to our company and brand.

What we are looking for:

· Entrepreneurial spirit.

· We are looking for a “Jack-Of-All-Trades� programmer, web developer and designer.

· Experience in custom e-commerce solutions is a must.

· Someone who loves pets and if you have worked in the pet industry that would be a plus!

The Job Description:

This job can be done from anywhere. You do not have to work in our office.

You will be in charge of completely developing our e-commerce solution and back-end. This will be a big project, but I promise will have big rewards.

When the new solution is developed and launched you will be in charge of day-to-day tech support for the solution along with updates, new features, etc. You also will be in charge of updating the website, and adding new features to that also (blog, forum, etc.)

So what exactly are we looking to develop?

I will get more in depth with candidates that meet our criteria, but the most similar thing I can come up with is Shopster.com – Very similar to what they have, so if you could develop that, you will be the perfect candidate.

Don’t worry, they are not a competitor, and we have no competitors for this business.

Compensation:

You will be coming on as a partner so you will get equity share. This will be negotiable with your qualifications. (25%-49%) Once the software is developed it should not be to long before we are making money. We already have people waiting for the new software to sign up for the program.

You do not have to invest any money into the business – your work will be your investment.
