General Business: Design Wanted

I'm looking for a designer to become my go to designer for web and print marketing.

Currently I need:

Website Redesign - *coding skills a plus
Brochures
Flyers
Lots of curriculum and small design formatting work.

Designer must be able to adapt to my already established brand. I'm not afraid of your personal style but you must be able to design according to our desired corporate image and brand.

I need someone who is great at design and has enough time to complete my projects as they come in a very timely manner. I cannot afford to be put on the back burner because you have too many clients.
