    i saw that on engadget yesterday... i'd really like to see the parents who buy their kids these stupid things, and what the kids turn out to when they hit 13/14...

    Turn on MTV and watch some of their reality shows - that's what the kids turn into.

    ugh... i get what you're saying ben... i don't know how anyone with half a brain can watch that laguna beach crap... of course, they've hit upon a huge market here in mass. where all the girls think that they're going to grow up and somehow be terrific socialites in southern ca, when in reality, they'll stay in mass and marry an insurance adjuster and become a volvo-driving soccer mom...

    I always see soccer moms in SUVs rather than Volvos, but I have to agree anyway that the majority of the MTV programming (and the majority of those who watch it) is idiotic. The worst, most annoying show, though, is "The OC". Every day every single girl in my school goes on and on about who hooked up and whatnot in that show, and it makes me want to cut my eyes out with a spoon...
